Concessions                 Jennifer Fischer, John Kropatsch
The concession committee, with the support of the elected board officers, shall be responsible for the overall operation of the concession stand.  Duties assigned within the concessions committee will involve supply ordering and pickup, lead recruitment and training, creating and maintaining signup.com volunteer calendars and overall concessions staffing, organization and equipment cleaning and maintenance.


Chuckwagon and Social                      Seann  Julian, June Atkins, Charla Rassmussen
The social committee will coordinate the arrangements for all meal  at Northwest High School.  Duties assigned within the social committee will include but not be limited to, organizing and staffing volunteers for receptions after band and vocal concerts; arranging, purchasing and/or securing volunteers for the serving of meals and snacks as needed for honor band events, various band and vocal competitions, Feed the Bands, Jubilee, Craft Fair and potluck events.

The Craft Fair committee will be responsible for the planning and organization of the Annual Craft Fair.  Duties assigned within the Craft Fair committee will include but not be limited to organizing and planning all details related to the Craft Fair, including reservation of booths, communication with vendors, creation of Facebook Event,  organization of volunteers, and working with Chuckwagon committee for meals. Annual Craft Show and Bake Sale, the Feed the Bands fundraiser during Harvest of Harmony, decal sales for both the band and vocal departments and t-shirt sales for band and if requested, for vocal.


Publicity and Hospitality         
  Duties assigned within this committee will include but not be limited to designing and coordinating any and all ads for publication to include but not be limited to the state band ad and the musical ad; handle ordering, pickup and delivery of student recognition yard signs for both band and vocal departments;  compile a list of recommended gift recipients for board review and approval then handle both purchasing and distribution of those gifts; maintain the vocal, band and booster tri-fold display boards, completing updated boards at least every other year; update by semester the Band and 2 of the Vocal Boards in the North West hallway by the auditorium; decorate the band and vocal hallways for competitions and special events; and in cooperation with the social committee coordinate the displaying of completed boards at band and vocal events for further promotion of the departments. This committee will also coordinate decal and t-shirt sales as requested for both vocal and band.

The band uniform committee will be responsible for the assignment, sizing, cleaning and repairing of all band uniforms.  This committee will work directly with point parents in the band department and assist as needed.

Events and Awards         
The events and awards committee will oversee recognition of seniors, exceptional achievement by students in both the band and vocal departments as well as coordinating special events and recognition as voted on by the membership.  Duties assigned within the events and awards committee will include but not be limited to the coordination and ordering of statuettes and group pictures for senior members; purchasing, distributing and then displaying senior boards for both band and choir students prior the final band concert and pops concert; work with band and vocal director to order roses for seniors to hand out to family members at the last band concert and Pops Concert; putting together small congratulatory gifts for All State Music students, High School Honor Band and Choir participants and for both band and vocal students awarded a Superior Rating in a solo or duet performance at District music or other award recipients as requested by the band and vocal directors.
